"I recommend a different State Farm agent. My experience has not been the best. The girl that wrote the policy misinformed me about coverage / price. My bill was great first 2 months, then it jumped $60! When I inquired, it turns out, it was misinformation given by the employee (who is no longer with them anymore), And, they are unwilling to help in any way. Pay or be canceled. That's what I was told. State farm as a whole, is good, this particular agents office, not so much. 👎👎"

"Every year I get a personal call on my birthday first thing in the morning! It's from Bj Jordan's office wishing me happy birthday! I have never know a business to do this in all my years!! I know they care and that comes from the top! Great leadership is a blessing and so is BJ Jordan and his staff!! "The only thing I received from BJ was a late notice for a bill. This was during the Hurricane that destroyed this area. Most people didn't have power and a way to pay anyone. Did BJ or his team reach out to find out my status? No, just a reminded to send him money before they cancel my insurance. Nice way of doing business. $$$. So after your reply and the hurricane and after being paid you send me a cancellation notice. Like a good neighbor, Statefarm don't care......."

"Tobias, we are very sorry you feel that way. Many of those billing notifications go out automatically through the system. We are glad to reach out to you to check on you. However, we answered 250 calls a day this past week, filed over 500 claims for people, and wrote over $200k in claims checks to get folks moving. We care deeply for our customers. Is there anything we can do for you? Did you have any damage from the storm?"
