"After hearing a horror story from a friend while attending a funeral, She had received an outstanding amount after having an accident that she did not receive a Citation for in order for her to have car insurance. I needed to check on my policy. Savannah call me back was extremely nice professional and I cannot say enough thank you she patiently listened to my sad story and explained to my satisfaction about what would happen to me. "I choose this insurance agent specifically because my mom's name was BJ Jordan. When I first moved to Georgia from texas, I saw the BJ Jordan State farm van seemed like almost on a daily basis. So when it's time for me to transfer my insurance would State farm from Texas to Georgia I chose BJ Jordan. I'm glad that I did. "I don't typically leave reviews, but I wanted to say that I have been using this office for the last 3 years for renter's insurance, and they have been phenomenal! Every question I've asked has been thoroughly answered, their prices are very reasonable (and much cheaper than an apartment complex's renter's insurance), and they always mail me a card on my birthday :) If you're in the Columbia/Richmond county area and need renter's insurance, this the place to go!
Shoutout to Kayleigh for handling my policy change while I prepare to move to a new complex. She not only contacted the complex for me to find out all of the information I'd need, but she also had the new documents and rates sent to me within 2 hours (which saved me a lot of hassle and stress amidst the million things to take care of when moving to a new place). Thanks again :)"
