"The only thing I received from BJ was a late notice for a bill. This was during the Hurricane that destroyed this area. Most people didn't have power and a way to pay anyone. Did BJ or his team reach out to find out my status? No, just a reminded to send him money before they cancel my insurance. Nice way of doing business. $$$. So after your reply and the hurricane and after being paid you send me a cancellation notice. Like a good neighbor, Statefarm don't care......."

"Tobias, we are very sorry you feel that way. Many of those billing notifications go out automatically through the system. We are glad to reach out to you to check on you. However, we answered 250 calls a day this past week, filed over 500 claims for people, and wrote over $200k in claims checks to get folks moving. We care deeply for our customers. Is there anything we can do for you? Did you have any damage from the storm?"

"I wanted to write how seamless the office of my local State Farm Agent BJ Jordan, and all his staff have been in assisting me my Hit & Run claim. Its been almost twenty years since we left MD and had this kind of stellar service. Alexis who worked my claim has been me every step of the way even after I had issues with the repair work she was great and assisting me once again. While I never like to file a claim this area in Georgia has a pretty extensive accident statistic. They made a bad situation a thousand times more bearable!!"

"Staff does not communicate well at all. They go up on their prices and swear that even though it is the state they have great rates.At this point im convinced they give themselves a raise at the expense of the customer. I told the agent that the quote was too high and in the same conversation tried to upsale as is she were a robot and did not care at all about my concerns! I suggest shopping around before going with them I did and got a better quote with the same coverage."
